Poly 15 Series
Pourable casting resins. Poly 15 Series liquid plastics are useful
for production of decorative objects, parts, lightweight mold shells,
tools, models, patterns, fixtures, duplicate masters, vacuum forming
molds and general tooling use. Poly 15-6, 1512, and 1512X have the
feel and density of wood or thermoplastics and Poly 15-3 and 15- 3X
are more like stone. Poly 1512 Clear is useful for casting transparent
parts or for pigmenting/color casting. For bubble-free, clear castings,
best results are obtained with the use of vacuum and/or pressure.
Poly 1512 Clear can be used for cold cast bronze or other applications

PolyFoam Series Casting Foams
PolyFoam Series Casting Foams consist of liquid Parts A and B that, after mixing, form self-skinning foams. PolyFoam can be used to cast rigid or flexible objects with densities in the range of 3-20 lb/ft³. Considered PolyFoam for production of decorative objects, lightweight mold shells, production parts, tools, models, patterns, fixtures, duplicate masters and general tooling use. PolyFoam systems do not contain toluene diisocyanate, MOCA, heavy metals or HCFCs, and are practically odorless. PolyFoam R-2, R-5 and R-8 are rigid foams. PolyFoam F-5 is flexible for casting soft parts.
PolyFoam R-2 is a 1:1 mix (by weight or volume) polyurethane self-skinning rigid foam that has a free-rise density of 2 lb per cubic foot. PolyFoam rigid foams are excellent for casting functional as well as decorative objects that need to be lightweight and rigid. Also great for lightweight mold shells or mother molds. Generally PolyFoam products are poured into TinSil or PlatSil silicone molds or PolyCoated Poly 74 & 75 Series polyurethane rubber molds.

Metal Coating B
These coatings adhere to most surfaces, except mirror smooth, by any
technique (air brush, sponge, brush, etc.). patinas must be applied within 3-15 minutes of application, however,
an additional clear coat is not needed. Patinas may be added to metal
coating B either wet or dry. However, B is not self-sealing. A clear
coat should be added to protect the patina. B can also be burnished
back to create a nice shine. Made of ground metal in a water base.

|
Metal Coating C
This metal coating is water based like A & B, except it does not contain any resins or
epoxies. It cures so hard that it may be polished with a buffing wheel as if it were a
piece of metal. Available in copper and bronze. |
