Modeling Wax
A pliable, easily worked wax that is easier to work with than microcrystalline wax, yet firm enough to hold its shape well. Not recommended for melting. All Wax weights are approximate.
These virgin waxes are specifically formulated for use in art bronze castings. The
quality of these waxes is rigidly controlled so that uniform results should be obtained
at all times when using the same working conditions. The brown waxes are made
with improved release properties, a slightly better surface and faster air release. All Wax weights are approximate.
Each sprue is 24" long and is sold by the pound. Call for case pricing.
Utility Patch Wax
A very soft, pliable wax that is slightly tacky. Often used without heating as a putty.
Ideal for filling and patching imperfections while wax chasing.
Sticktite - Sticky Wax
Sticky wax is primarily used for bonding a wax pattern to a wax sprue system. They
are compounded with virgin material and have an ash content of less than 0.01%.
The materials used are completely compatible with all pattern and sprue wax
systems.
